Skills description:
IT Infrastructure Services
Service Desk / Technical Support L1
– Good communication skills, neutralized accent, experience in troubleshooting for Windows, Desktop, Networking, provide 1st level support on Windows and Networks, handle the inbound technical queries from onsite customers
– Ready to work in a 24*7 work environment
Oracle DBA
– At least 3 years relevant experience in Oracle 10g with basis understanding of Relational Database Management Systems, 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in Oracle 9i/10g Database Administration, Oracle software installation, database creation and configuration, RMAN backup and recovery, performance tuning, Oracle 9i RAC hands-on experience would be advantageous
Unix Administration (AIX/Solaris)
– Worked on an Enterprise-level Setup (Solaris, HP or AIX ), Unix Clustering (HACMP, MC / Service Guard or Veritas Cluster), VxVM (Veritas Volume Manager), basic SAN knowledge, Storage knowledge (Storage, BCV, Replication)
Web Technologies
Java Developer
– J2EE, Struts, Swing, Hibernate
Eligibility Criteria
- Full Time Graduates / Post Graduates in: BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MSc / MCA / MCM / MS / CA / ICWA / MBA PGDIT (2 years full time & approved by AICTE) Special consideration will be given to B.Sc. / BCA / Diploma holders with 3 years of relevant functional / technical experience, subject to minimum reduction in experience, as per current TCS policy.
