Job Description-

1. Technical Support:

  • Good communication skills
  • Should be aware of basic hardware and troubleshooting.
  • Should be flexible working in rotational shifts.
  • Preferably should have hands on exp related to hardware troubleshooting or ISP or any technical process.
  • Troubleshooting customer queries regarding Laptops and Desktops.
  • Purely into Hardware Troubleshooting for US customers.
  • Completely inbound, Upselling part of profile.
  • Provide First – level Technical Support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers and /or peripherals using available tools.
  • Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues.
  • Log and sufficiently document all contacts with customers in designated tools.
  • Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems.

2. SALES(US) / CUSTOMER CARE(US) / COLLECTIONS(US)

Process: US
Eligibility Criteria:
  • GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
  • WILLING TO WORK IN NIGHT SHIFTS.
  • GOOD CUSTOMER FOCUS.
  • GRADUATES IN ANY STREAM.
  • UNDERGRADUATE CANDIDATES NEED TO HAVE ONE YEAR INTERNATIONAL CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE.


3. CUSTOMER CARE (US)
