• 2 Rounds of HR Interview
- Candidates need to join Immediately Once they are selected.
- The resources need to sign a bond for Rs.1,50,000/ for the period of one year.
- The selected candidates will be a permanent employees of MAINTEC TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD, and would be deployed at IBM for the period of one year, based on performance they would be absorbed to IBM direct roles after one year.
