Infotech Enterprises Hiring Freshers as Management Trainees



Qualification: Two year full time MBA / PGDBM with Major specialization in Human Resource Management from reputed Management institute.

Must have scored Minimum 60% in all academic examinations (High School, +2, Graduation & MBA/PGDBM)

Training Period : Six Months. On successful completion of training will be confirmed as Executive- Human Resources.

Joining : Selected candidate would be required to join immediately

Role & Responsibilities:

This is role is primarily responsible for carrying out the HR functions in a Talent Acquisition and Industry Academia Relationship domain. The specific responsibilities would include the following:
Dealing with the Campus Connect Programs, Providing support to the academia from an Industry prospective, Student Internships, Faculty Development Programs, Industrial Visits, On Campus branding, Organising Technical events and seminars, dealing with the freshers Hiring through on Campus and off Campus process, etc
Knowledge And Skill Requirements :
Understanding of the HR Systems and policies in an IT industry.
Excellent Communication, presentation and analytical skills
Strong inter-personal skills.
Advance level working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Power point, Word etc) & Internet applications
Should be willing to travel on job assignments.
