Qualifications:
The candidates must possess a minimum of a Master of Science or equivalent degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Additional qualifications include:
- Good understanding of Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) fundamentals, digital and/or circuit design methodology
- Understanding of physical layout, reliability, noise, power, manufacturability
- Familiarity with Verilog* and/or System Verilog*, Specman*
- Familiarity with schematic entry, circuit simulation and/or verification tools, timing convergence tools
- C++*, Perl*
- Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- IA-32 architecture knowledge
- Microprocessor and Microcontroller knowledge
