Responsibilities
	Forms to be checked & verified as per DOT process/guidelines. Non-activated forms are returned to distributor. Forms to be handed over to runner boys. Scanning & updating the reason for non-compliance. Data will be entered by Docs agency. Updating the changes in the System. Proper Verification of data.
