IFFCO is the largest fertiliser manufacturing and marketing cooperative of the world and has joint ventures in India and abroad in Fertiliser, Insurance and Power sectors. IFFCO requires Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET)
- Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) : Four years Full Time Bachelor’s Degree (60% marks for General and 55% marks for SC/ST) in Engineering from recognized university / Institute in the disciplines Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation & Electronics only from who have passed / passing their degree prior to 2009 and not later than 2011, Age : 30 years, Training Period : The duration of Training will be one year .
How to Apply : Candidates should apply online at IFFCO website on or before 18/01/2012
Upper age limit :- 30 Years as on 1st January, 2012 .
Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST category and 3 years for OBC category not belonging to creamy layer.
Training Period :- The duration of training will be one year.
Compensation
(a) During training, stipend and other benefits will be paid as per the Rules of IFFCO/ its subsidiaries/JVs.
(b) On successful completion of one year training and subject to our manpower requirement, candidates may be appointed in suitable regular pay scales as per the Rules of IFFCO/ its subsidiaries/ JVs.
(c) The Trainees at the time of joining will have to furnish a bond, if applicable, as per the rules.
Selection Procedure
Short listed candidates will be required to appear for Preliminary Online test in open environment. i.e they will use their own resource. Those who qualify this test will be required to appear for the Final Online Test in controlled environment i.e at the pre determined venues. Only those candidates who qualify the Final Online test will be called for personal interview.
