- Troubleshooting Hardware/ Networking/ Software related queries of HP’s global clients
- Providing information, trend analysis and recommendations in Support of team efforts
- Articulate in standard written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge/ Demonstrated knowledge of problem solving Skills
- Familiarity with computer technology
- Computer proficiency with applicable Software applications (for example Microsoft Office. CAD. Adobe Suite. Programming)
