• Total Emoluments in terms of Cost to the Company during training period is approximately Rs.1,97,000/- per annum. This includes an amount of Rs.30000/- pa towards variable pay linked to performance paid annually.
• GETs will enjoy the benefits of PF, ESI, and Gratuity as applicable to
their Grade.
• Weekly offs and paid holidays declared by the Company will be
applicable to the GETs
