ReplyDeleteWell the singular point of mention is that Verizon DSI follows a dual package approach while recruiting.. lower rung/ranked colleges get offered the 3.15 lac package and the tier 1/2 colleges like the better NITs, BIT, Mesra and some IITs get offered the 5 lac package.. so smaller college grads are already low in stature even before they join.
